Default what to do in cali in july

Im going to california for the entire month of july and was wanting some suggestions for what to do while down there. I will be in San Diego, OC, newport beach, and san fransico. the only real thing i have planned is going to Laguna Seca on the 14th of July. Im interested in car museams, car shows, people to meet up with, and just cool things to do. and im 18, so possibly good clubs. thanks

The SAAC (Shelby American) convention is at the Irwindale speedway July 1-3. The ol man himeslf along with every conceivable kind of Shelby made vehicle will be there (open track, dragstrip, car show). There will also be a Trans am race on sat and sunday that is open to all makes of factory trans am race cars.

Check out this board for the San Diego FBods (SDFB) :

http://www.sdcarscene.com

There's a scheduled monthly get-together on the last Thurs of the month, and little events in between.

Enjoy your stay, you're gonna love 4th of July here !

Can you come pick me up and take me for a ride? I work in Livemore and my car remains on the east coast. It's been so long since I've been able to drive my car, let alone ride in an LS1

You could always come meet up with us. West Coast F-Bodies has its next 'monthly meet' on the 15th of July in Torrance, CA -- and we are attending the Woodley park car show on the 10th of July.

Come check out the website/message board for more info!

It's about 45 min directly east of SF. And I currently am a proud rider of the public transportation system, while also being an incredibly annoying friend who bums rides off of his friends/roommates

Can't blame me for trying

Livermore is in the tri-valley area (Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore). I work at the National Lab there.
