Y-pipe install

Does anyone know where I can go to get a Mac Y-pipe installed? It is the pipe that connects to the original manifold and stock catback. This will delete the cats and I can use 02 sims. Id rather put headers on, but I imagine this would be easier to put on/take off if I do have to register my car here in CA and get it smogged. Ive heard that camaros sound pretty nice without the cats as well.

What exhaust you have now? Slp loud-mouth sounds awsome may want to try this. I have heard the cats on the ls1 have a good flow and doesn't hamper performance much. An exhuast shop should be able to install you off road y-pipe. You can get some paece headers for under 400 from one of the sponsers here.

I don't know where that setup would put you on the 1/4 mile, but the set-up sounds good. I had a flowmaster muffler and I lost torque, at least it felt that way. Flowmaster sounded awsome but the slp loud-mouth sounds much better and louder, at the same time you gain horsepower with the slp loudmouth, worth the 350 it cost.
