i have slp LT headers and i know they dont pass the visual, but i have someone to overlook that. would the slp cats be enough to make the tail pipe clean or would i need to buy the magnaflow obd II complaint to pass? all i need a clean tailpipe and i'll be okay. any help is helpful

Yeah, you should pass with those cats. Also you are going to need a tune to get your car by as well.
