Default a big thanx

i was at LACR on friday running my car and i was having some tuning issues. my car was pulling hard timing due to false knock. Flame throwing ss (george) and rob from strickly helped me out. thanxs a bunch guys. i did not run what i should of been running though. my fastest was a 13.1 w/ a 1.8 60' and a 0.02 reaction i believe. i know there is a lot more left in the tune to help out.

Did you find the cause of the problem?

I have been thinking about going to Strictly Performance for a H/C package. Haven't decided yet, but the price was good and I keep hearing good things about them.

What times are you expecting given your set-up?

i am hoping for low 12's at lacr, so elevens some were else, but the cause seems to be false knock do to true duals. rod played with the knock tables and got it to pull out less timing. i think rob has come a long ways to make his business this successful. he seems to be doing great. he has been working with ken from hptuners on the tuning language. he seems to be on the ball for tuners. i would definately recommend him.

I didn't see you run again, did the changes make a difference? It was good to meet you, hope to see you again up there.

they just dropped was the car was pulling from 8 to 4 degrees. i caught a 0.025 light with a 1.8 60' and it finished with a 13.1. he told me to bring it by his shop and he will tune it. the problem is i am leaving tomorrow for school in ucsb so i will not be able to make it untill i get some days off or in december. maybe you can pass that info on to him to keep him informed. thanks.
