does anyone know where fuddle is located and is anyone close by? i ordered a converter 3 weeks ago and i really need it. i've been trying to contact them for over a week with no responses to phone calls, e-mails or pm's. i was hoping maybe osmeone local could stop in and find out whats the deal with them cuz the customer service isnt really up to par right now. thanks if anyone can help me out!

i know hes a good guy but i've been calling for a week and a half, sent several e-mails and sent him a pm on here with no response. now their answering machine has been full for at least 5 days so that means they arent even checking the answering machine. im just a little upset that i was told i'd have a converter 2 weeks ago and i cant even get a phone call back ya know?

thatswhat i figured so i was wondering if anyone was local to them that could stop by and ask em what the deal is. i dunno if any of you guys live close enough to make it not too inconvienient but if someone could stop in and talk to someone there i knwo i would and quite a few other people would greatly appreciate it
