CA Smog question

CA Smog question Can I put the CNC LS6 heads, LS6 cam (or hotcam), and an LS6 intake (EGR delete) on my otherwise stock LS1 99SS and after a good dyno tune still get through smog?
I'm trying to figure out how to get more power while still passing visual and smog. I thought about going P1SC or STS, but I know I'll need to get at least $5000 just in parts and by the time its installed and tuned I'm upwards of $7k and with 113,000 on my motor I figured I'd end up having to replace that shortly thereafter if I go boosted. So I figure LS6 conversion is about my best bet if it will pass smog.
