Damn lucky you got that in Nevada. My homie just did the same crap a couple months ago, he had a spotless record, driving and criminal. Gave him an exhibition of speed misdemeanor that cost like $1300, and impounded his truck for 30 days which cost another $1500.
Hope it all turns out well for you.

seems like the closer I get to the Pacific Ocean the law enforcement gets more fu*kin retarded. I got a loud exhaust ticket from a motorcycle cop in Oceanside a week before I got outta the Marine Corps and moved back to oklahoma, still haven't recieved anything in the mail. And to top things off, I tried to get my motorcycle license today and those FU*KS in Arizona never took the 30 day restriction off my Driver's license from 2 1/2 years ago. Would've been good information to have before I drove through there with two truckloads of stuff when I moved. ...sorry had to rant Good luck with yours man

rediculous ticket price for NOTHING

if you did a huge burnout, leaving a patch.... thats when they can REALLY tag you I thought.

1000 bucks for spinning your tires is a joke.. sorry to hear that man.

The ticket was only $190. The $1130 infraction was for not having proof of insurance (the card was expired by 3 days, however, my insurance was current )

That sucks. I got arrested, put in jail for 2 days and 80 hrs community service for doing one at a stop light.

If I prove to them that I had insurance at the time, the charge will get dropped and I wont have to pay the insurance fine correct?
