Missing Puppies
Good to hear you got your puppies back. I'd go crazy if my little Lyla got out or something happened to her. She's a Yorkshire Terrier, small dog, but that's about all I can get with my little girl around. The last dogs that I've had have been a Lab/German Shepard mix, and 2 pitbulls, one of which had 4 puppies. They all had to be put to sleep. 
I know pitbulls can be sweethearts but they also tend to be very playful and to avoid all incidents, I got the yorkie.

Wow, that would have been a nightmare. Glad you got them back safe and sound... The coyotes are pretty bad out here, and I'm in the middle of suburbia (Corona) but its right next to the Cleveland National Forest. You can hear them on the golf course across the street making a racket at night. Ive seen them walkin down my side walk a couple of times at night, so I dont let my toy poodle go out front. He would be a snack real quick. The wife claims about a year ago she saw one in the back yard, then watched it walk along the top of the 6" ft high brick wall, just like cat before he ran off. About a month ago I was driving up the street after leaving the gym (about 11:30 pm) and see one, so I barked out the window with a big dog bark, just to see if he would run, and the f#cker just stopped in his tracks and looked at me like "WTF is your problem"? He's lucky I cant run worth a **** because of my knee. I had a neighbor that would run after them with his German Shepard. They've taken many a cat and small dog out here.
