I think the hookers and booze etc are covered and wanted something cool to do during the afternoon before he gets too high/drunk and goes to nudy bar.

Check out Imperial Palace. They might still be giving away free passes to "Auto Collections" exhibit. Also look at Vegas.com. They have a listing of restaurants, rides, and shows.
