Looks like the majority is Procharger or Internal Turbo. I think I will save more and go internal. That's going to be a ton of money... But nothing beats a spooled LS1...

Thanks for the input guys...

I think I want to go Turbo. Anyone know any recommended kits? I'll probably be cool at around 600 hp. I don't drive like a maniac all the time. Just mainly for show, but put a Judgement Day *** whooping on a Cobra when need be...

That's what I figured. I'm pretty sure a shop here in Cali can get me there. We don't have alot of high horsepower cars here like TX, but there are some in the shadows. I would just like to be a good condender for some of them. It's time for me to step my game up for the new rides coming out also.

what is your VTEC set at??? stock VTEC is set to kick in at 11k rpm, you should invest in a VTEC controller if you haven't already, set it down to about 9k rpm, and do a D1SC, i've seen great results from that combo. just seems to work well together.

I pulled the VTEC off. It was making my intake manifold too hot. I figured if I go with a turbo, it could cool off my cam temps, and cool my 16 valves per cylinder...

If you have to go with either procharger or STS, STS FTW. Alot of guys on here talk **** about the STS kit even though they don't know what its capable of. I've smoke my share of prochaged Camaro's that run more boost then me. I only made 488 whp and was basically running high 10's at 130mph. I trap 100 mph in the 1/8th and thats with the stock 60-1 turbo.

Have fun using STS's "OIL PUMP"... its actually a de-badged boat bildge pump only rated to flow sea water.. they get them from a company in FL who imports them from Europe.. they arrive at STS, a little man takes the sticker off and slapps an STS sticker on..

over 500. Ive personally seen JDs car move and i can tell you that A STS car is no joke. Especially that one. and being a procharger faithful, i cannot go against them either. Its a win win situation
