Basically you take off your rims and bolt up these hubs to your lugnuts and a box(the dyno) hooks up to the hubs. and basically you run the car that way. Not to mention it reads hp differently then a DynoJet... mind you im not saying a DynoJet is the only kind that reads probber but it is the most commonly used... so aside from your car looking gay on the dyno it will also be putting out different numbers then what you will be able to compare with other peoples.....
