Is this person a member? Just curious cuz i've seen it around and wanted to know what mods it had to go 200mph. Since it looks completely stock other than wheels and a black tail section.
Not saying it is stock, just looks that way.

 

is this in the San Fran area cause i have yet to see a vette with that plate in SoCal. Im sure if it looks stock its gotta be pretty close to it, even though the Z06 goes upwards 190mph though

 

Yeaj the city of san fernando. I've seen it at least 3-4 times in the last month.
