Happened in Oceanside in '05, I'm going maybe 5mph over the limit when some moron decides to try to quickly turn to his left, from a center turn lane, no stop signs or lights, into a shopping center when we're maybe 20ft apart. All I can do is jerk the wheel to my left so I don't plow my entire front end into his side. Caught the passenger side on his rear though. My parents get the most incompetent lawyer imaginable (I had said F a lawyer, whatever happens does). The police report actually states I'm at fault for, "Failing to yield to a vehicle turning left". Course the guy I hit is a Marine and the cops instantly jump on his side, I ended up getting charged with speed contest as well, which caused me to lose my license for 6 months because of a DUI 11 months prior, putting me over the 4 point/12month limit. Completely bankrupt me, only had liability insurance. Yeah that was a sucky year. Next wreck I damn well had better die.

Lol naw, some grill my pops got me for my birthday. To top off the **** story the ******** at the towing yard ripped it off and stole it before I got the car back to my city. Oh also, immediately following the accident I walked to the closest bars, yes plural, and got unbelievably smashed and got a drunk in public and was in jail till 3 in the afternoon the next day.
