Whats the biggest cam that you can get and tune and still pass smog?

270/276 .784/.752 on a 106lsa passed last week... guy didn't even have cats








naw seriously 224/224 on a 114 passes no prob from what i've heard. not sure if the 112 lsa has passed, i imagine someone's done it.

my tuner said he had tune a heads/cam car and passed sniffer. car had prc ls6 heads and a 228r (228/228 .585/.581 114) pacesetter longtubes, with catted y-pipe

a 224/228 on a 116 should pass a 114 might pass smog but you will need a killer tune, you have to keep the overlap low to to help reduce emissions.

A 114 will pass with the right tune a 112 might pass with a killer tune and with some smog tech assistance.

kinda new at the cam thing but i was wondering if its good to run a split since i want to run stock exaust run a lil longer on the exaust side or would it just be good to run a same duration cam? shootin for a N/a motor not to wild but a healthy hp like 400 M6 btw
