Hold on... My uncle is a Cop and said if the cops do come just get in your car and leave... Haha... But ya it is true they can impound your car for standing around in a parking lot... But he said do it.. worse comes to worse just leave.

So i would say gather a list and see were we should all meet up at and jsut do it... Chances are they will impound the ricers before us.

cerritos mall is off the 605 freeway south from the 91 freeway exit south st. and it's east from there.
