Default state ref question
anyone gotten a state ref ticket for longtubes?if so is it true that you can just pay the ticket and you dont have to go? or how does it work? thanks guys

when i get a fix it ticket i just let it wait till its a failure to appeer and i go into court for that the the judge just ask u did u ever fix it lol but it cost 175 for a failure not sure if people wanna do that. .

i did that when i had a ref on my srt judge asked me if i put a cat on. And charged me $100 somthing fine.

Did you have cats on it? Cus i heard that if they find that you dont have cats then it could be thousands of dollars in fines!

Even if you have cats the Modified Emissions/Emissions Tampering Ticket Can be Several Thousand Dollars. In Most cases the Judge gives you the minimum fine, unless your a repeat offender then you are screwed.

is this recently...last time i got a failure to appear they fined me 225 just for not going, and then still fined me for the charge.
