I saw the TV special with the fat man. That ball of flesh is where water has collected because of poor circulation. He even had a girlfriend, who was actually about a 6 (out of 10).
They didn't show her using the floorjack on his gut to get to his goods, but you can imagine that's what she would need. 2-ton low profile race jack, and then some jack stands to hold it up.
And you thought putting headers on was tough.

i think the only benefit to being that fat is being able to be butt *** naked and nobody would even know... for all we know, he COULD be wearing shorts in that picture, but i doubt it lol. hell he was probably naked on the oprah show or whatever he went on.
