Got a few tickets needs some help I got a bunch of tickets in one stop.
Mod. Lights (not correctible)
Mod. Exhaust (correctible)
Tint (correctible)
Front Plate (correctible)
I thought they were all fix it tickets but I was was dead wrong. They all are except the lights. He had checked no on the Correctible Violations box for the Mod. Lights. I have tail light covers and he pulled me over at night time. The lights are clearly visble from 300ft away during the night.
Turns out it will cost me $271 for the covers unless I decide to fight the ticket, which I am going to do.
I need evidence that proves that the lights are visable but I cant bring the car to night court because I just had all the other stuff signed off. What can I do to prove that they are fine?
