oh we are definitely gna do that!!!!! well here's the update fellas... today, ran into some problems getting the headers to fit in, took 8 hours today, but finally got them in, had to unhook the motor mounts and a few other things.. we are using a shop here on base, and they close at 430, so we are gna have to pick up where we left off tomorrow morning at 9 when they open. should take about 3 more hours and we'll be done. but, gna take a video with open headers and then with it all hooked up, hoping it will be louder, and also, everyone thats said i should get 340-350 rwhp, im sure hoping so, thatd be great!!!!

It will be louder not matted what catback you have. With open headers it just sounds SICK!!

What ORY? and what catback (80series)?

Wierd it gave you problems. I did mine in the driveway w/ hand tools in less than 4hrs. Only needed help to start bolts and gasket on each one. Didn't have to move or unbolt any part of the motor, just got a lil creative with angle of approach when trying to slide them in. Good luck tomorrow.

Trust me you'll love the open header sound. Just imagine the sound with a decent size cam in her. muahahaha With the tune I saw probally a 30 to 40 H.P. increase from stock exhaust to full LT's no cats and a Magnaflow Catback but that was with additional mods as well.

Those are mid length headers not long tubes, they will definitely give you more power but not quite as much as long tubes. I used to have those headers for a while and they made a great improvement over stock but when I switched to LT's it felt even better.

Sorry but they lied to you , lol. The primaries on those are shorter and the collector on LT's goes back alot further. Either way, speaking from experience with them they are a good product and you will be happy with your added performance. They sound mean as well
