I had a 94 caprice with the spotlight and all the decals on it.. all they did was erase the county it was from... i got pulled over around 15 times with that.. and im not 100% but im 95% sure you cant really get in any trouble just from that.

however they could say you were impersonating an officer, or somthing..... i was harrassed enough that i took them off. but i was told by 2 different state trooper that it was legal.
