Off Topic: That 5th gen Firebird concept looks exactly like the Camaro. Thats Wrong. I wouldn't buy it because the 1) Camaro looks better and 2) Everyone would confuse the two that would suck if they made a Bird look like that

Back on topic: I use to work at a Mercedes Benz dealership. I would test drive the cars after techs finished up with them. I've driven every model they had out (last year) BTW they make some sick *** cars

I work at a private provider company that provides services to adults with developmental disabilities here in CT. Specifically I act as a Case Manager for two of our employment programs.

CT is kind of strange in that we have a State agency called the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) who coordinates all of the services (via DDS Case Managers) that individuals in the system receive and also provide some of the same services themselves. Of course, while DDS provides all of the typical services themselves (housing, day program, job development, etc) they all have union labor and as such things get expensive. In truth, DDS only provides approximately 1/4 of all services to developmentally disabled adults in CT, and the rest is contracted out to private provider agencies like mine. Funny part is, despite there being roughly 3 times as many of us as there are of them (again, DDS provides 1/4 of all services, private providers provide the other 3/4) the amount of money that the State spends on DDS salaries is still roughly twice what it spends paying the private providers to do the rest of the work.

Granted, you didn't need to know this. But I just spent a good couple of hours dealing with some clueless bitch who is my counterpart in the direct employ of the State. Said clueless bitch spent the entire time complaining about the amount of information provided to her by my agency and demanding that in my future dealings with her I provide enough detailed information to her that you could fill a freaking phone book with the paperwork that she's asking me to complete for her. She has the exact same job as I do, but she has a case load of 10 people to my caseload of 45 and somehow thinks that I have nothing better to do with my time than to give her more than any other reasonable DDS Case Manager dares to ask for. And for this she is paid roughly 2.5X as much as I am. She then proceeded to imply that it was unacceptable that we weren't segregating our lower functioning individuals from our higher functioning individuals at agency social events. I guess I missed the DDS memo stating that our lower functioning individuals don't have anything to contribute to anyone and as such should be kept away from the blessed few who can pass for "normal" under certain circumstances. My point is, it was either rant here, or beat the bitch to death with a brick.

Anyway, yeah, you ever need help with services for your developmentally disabled brother/sister/son/daughter/cousin-twice-removed, I'm your man. I swear I'm a really nice guy when clueless State workers who make more than me aren't rubbing their ignorence in my face.

No, but I think it would be slightly different since they have been since birth. There should be noticable differences.
