Thinking of moving to AZ
Spent 17 years of my life in Illinois (Springfield)... I would probably be institutionalized if I ever moved back. I will never move much further east. My method for moving was this... I took 1 week of vacation and came out here with my resume. The first 2 days I sent out copies to employers that I was interested in. The next few days I partied my *** off in Tempe and Scottsdale, interviewed and accepted an offer. The last 2 days I looked for an apartment. 2 weeks later I rolled into Phoenix with all of my belongings with a job and place to live all squared away. Had I tried to put together some 6 month plan, save $ etc, it never would have happened. If you want it, just do it... You can always move back.

anywho, another reason why east side is the best side.... hot spots like Tempe (mill ave) and scottsdale! good places to party at.

In case nobody mentioned it yet, the east side is BEST!!!
Seriously, tons of new dealerships just opened up off the new freeway in Gilbert. Gilbert was ranked one of the safest cities in the country and is also one of the fastest growing cities in the country. There is a new luxury apartment complex being built down the street from me, I will look later tonight when we goto dinner to see what it is called as I know they have a website.
