Well it does make sense since bbody caprice was born in 91 with the triangle window then in 94 the birth of the impala they couldn't change the body till later that year and in 96 there were some bodies left over from the impala production. And that's y there's some caprices with the quarter window like the impalas. That's y the 96 caprices they the most cloned.

In '94, '95, the Impalas got the same cluster and were column shift just like the Caprice. And '96 Caprices are NOT the most cloned! Actually it's a little harder to Clone a '96 Impala because of the floor shift, center console, and the gauge cluster. The '96 Caprice got the same cluster and column shift as the '94, and '95 Caprice.
Wow, you need to keep researching this Caprice, Impala theory of yours. Just so you know '95, '96 Caprices have the same window as the '95, '96 Impalas. It's not because "some bodies left over from the impala production" that "some" Caprices got the quarter window, that's the way they were designed! An Impala is just an option (RPO WX3) on the Caprice and not a separate model.

I think there were about 15 cars there. But I know about 3 members showed up in there daily drivers and not their cars, including me.

Yeah, we're a chill club. Mostly **** talk when we get together, but it's all in good fun.
We also have a West Coast Gathering every October in Las Vegas. This year will be the 4th annual and it's always a 3 day event. It's put on by SSin City SS, and Cali-SS. We get people from N. Cali, S. Cali, Utah, Arizona, and of course Nevada.

That is the way they looked in 94. 95 and 96 had the change in the window. Also the side mirrors where differant in 94. Also 96 was the only year for the shifter on the floor.
