ive seen alot of nitrous outlet in sigs???whats the deal?

supposidly if you put there nitrous pic that links to their website in your sig, each month they give away one free nitrous setup or something like that...

kinda like those rebates you get when you buy stuff and it says, $XX.XX after rebate...and you hold your breath from waiting on the rebate to come in the mail.....and then you finally pass out...................................
