I here that **** 24/7. It drives me crazy when she start yapping

 

I got **** when I first bought it, but it's tapered down since then. I bought it without her knowing so that kind of set the tone.

mine is in all into it as well, helps out and there when i need it( sometimes it takes tw0) haha ...now she wants an SS lol

 

everytime im on this site...working on a car...going to buy a car part or anythin the jealous issue comes in ....it irritates me ...

like today i was going to take my tb apart and clean it up re polish it etc and she threw a fit lol i hate it

she doesnt relize working on **** calms me down and she makes it worse

Back when I had a 68 Firebird, I actually broke up with a girlfriend of 4 years after she said "You don't expect to keep that thing after we get married do you?" ....Irony being that years latter I decided to sell that same car to buy an engagement ring for a different girl who is my NOW ex-fiance'! ...At least I can laugh about it now!

i love my baby z28, much more than the girl, i can tell ya that! at least the car cant leave me, cause i got the keys!!

 

Heres another one,... atleast if your baby is acting up it doesn't nag you to death, deny you sex and expect you to read its mind.

 

at first i thought i was lucky cause her favorite car is an ss, but after a while of me workin on my car she got mad at me because i would rather spend time with my car than her... i invite her to come work on it with me "just to shut her up" luckily she always blows me off...

 

I eventually found a way around those arguments. Basically I'd tell my fiance' that Sunday was Car-Day ...BUT... that I'd take her out for dinner at 8p.m. sharp! So she would spend 3 hours get'n ready to go out and leave me the **** alone!!!!

 

No I do not love the car more than I love you... Yes I do love the dog more than I love you!

 

I just turn the car on in the garage so I can't hear her over the rumble

HEY R, good post!! from the old dude...lol..........wow i just spend $$$ with out telling her, she doesn't go to meets.. she's not into cars just hers (lex). when i wash my ss clone..lol.
i have to wash hers...that makes her happy....

 

i tell my wife yep love the car move cause it dont talk back.

 

My girlfriend use to say the same thing, till I got her hooked now she has a 95 camaro and she's modding it every chance she gets... if she happens to say something like "You like playing with your car more than me" I always reply with "This car puts out on command, you don't"
