Need some help
Need some help k I recently did the smog check on my car and it failed, a few things were wrong but one thing was the that the cat had been blown out. I had to install a new one, but now since I just had the test and I wont be expecting one for the next 2 years, I wanted to remove my cat and keep it and then install it come the next smog check, anyone know someone who will remove it for me here in the san gabrial valley area? PM me if you got any info thanks
IDK, I dont think it makes that much of a difference to where you would be able to feel it, but maybe the sound of it.. granted during my longtubes + !cat on my SS i picked up 36whp untuned..

Did you do all the free mods? I'm not saying keep the cat, or cut it-- it's up to you, but IMO if you don't have the 50 bucks it takes to cut a cat out--- wait until you have enough to do headers and just do longtubes and a custom ORY and be done with it.
