Would an after market X-pipe give me any horsepower with my stock Ti?

from what i've read it may dyno a bit higher but not worth the investment your going to make for it... doubt you'll be able to feel the difference...

Because for 250 I can get one and maybe install cutouts does it sound like a good deal?

from my understanding, not much, just go with headers and the pipe.
