Moving to Phoenix

Moving to Phoenix I'll be moving to Phoenix in the next year or two. Is there a local GM performance forum you guys post on? Wouldn't mind getting to know a few people before the wife and I move out there since we don't know anyone. I'm trying to make a career change and moving out there for school (MMI) is my first step.

Not sure yet man, hopefully in the Glendale area since it's so close to the campus. I'm going to start looking for houses around there soon..and hope I don't lose my *** on it since I'm only going to be there for 1-2 years.

I'm mainly looking for a house with a 2 or 3 car garage to keep the toys in. I don't mind the daily sitting in the driveway but the desert is harsh on vehicles! I may just rent since I'm only going to be there for a year and a half. I really don't want to get stuck there trying to sell a house.
