my buddy actually broke his line when trying to remove it, and had to buy a new master, so just be carefull when removing the line, and bleeding the **** is a bitch, just grab the 11mm, stubby wrench

i dont think this applys to LT1 cars with the T56 since those cars have a external slave cylinder. its the LS1 t56 slave that see all the heat! and the drill mod works for all years including 01 and 02, the 01 and 02 just have better hydraulics thats all, there not any higher pressure or anything, just the rubber material inside is different! you use a 1/8 bit to drill it
