I had to cut the casting tab off my block to get my Hookers to slide in and You need some blocks or wood to get the car high as **** at least past your knees. The headers have to get almost vertical in order for them to slide in. I also had to enlargen the outer most bolt holes in order to get the gaskets and heads to match up to the Hookers...

A 10MM Gearwrench will be your best friend for this install, It's worth every penny...

That's what the PB Blaster was gonna help prevent.

I forget, but I don't think it was him.

I used a floor jack and WD-40, but my sticking point was the wheel well. I couldn't get my car high enough to go vertical.

Gilbert, I forgot to tell you... If you don't already have them GO BUY a 10mm gear wrench (for the stock manifold bolts) and a 11mm gear wrench (for the header bolts, most are 11mm but take one with you to check).

This will cut your time in half probably...

Yeah, there's a reason, USE THE HOOKER HEADER BOLTS

Your stock ones are longer because the flanges are thicker. Reuse those bolts and you might be asking for trouble
