I think I'm fked:( ticket over 100mph

I got one a few months ago going 107 in a 60. On my way home from church! My ticket was about $300. I took it to a local (Dallas/Fort Worth TX) attorney and paid them 1/2 of that $150. They told me it could take up to 6 months and they would contact me by mail. They said I had a 50/50 chance of getting it dismissed; or worst case scenario, I'd half to pay the full fine and they'd get it deferred. (wont go on your record). 2 months went by and I got a letter in the mail. It was dismissed!
Best $150 I ever spent

^ it can be wreckless driving charge by it just all depends on the cops knowledge and supposedly if you break 110 with a passenger you can also get popped for attempted murder and your car can be impounded

No not a felony. But it is an arrestable misd. When i got caught on the 210 going 140+ they wrote it up as 105+ plus. Had to pay a $1800 ticket. Thats all. Not suspension, no impound, no jail time, didn't even have to get outta the car when i got pulled over.
