my amazement to syncromesh fluid!

my amazement to syncromesh fluid! so today finally i switched out my tranny fluid, my old fluid was chevron DEX III and i had about 7k on it, but when i took it out, it had some metal shavings in the fluid and the texture of the fluid was gone, it was worn and seemed degraded! after seeing the shavings i also added a type of magnet to the exterior of the drain plug to help catch particles, so after i filled in 4 quarts of pennzoil syncromesh that i bought from pepboys, i also just quickly gravity bleed the clutch while i was under there. i was just amazed at how much this fluid changed the shifting of my transmission! the gears just slip right in, and now my 3rd gear is alot smoother then before. i dont do it alot but i was even able to engage 1st gear going lik 20mph without any force. i just wanted to share this info if anybody is considering changing the fluid DO IT! btw they were 7.99 a quart at pepboys 4 quarts needed

thats wat the dealer said when they checked it out a couple of months back...but i really havent checked it out myself
I actually bought a pump off of someone on here that they never sent but i got a refund...i'll let you know when i find another one so that we can do it...i'm waiting for my damn paycheck lol
