This is untrue....It's over a certain decibel, 95 I believe then it's illegal....You can test your mufflers at any smog shop. I would say you need to swap back your stock headers and cats and you should be good.

I hate California Law....they use the term Modified Exhaust so it covers everything....I went through this bullshit...talk to the judge, he lowered mine to $60
