Undercover Cops??
Red forward facing light and sirens means you pull over, regardless of marked black and white, however if you acknowledge the guy and make it known that you are going to pull over wait to do it in a populated area like a gas station or the like. Only roll your windows down partially and ask for ID, not a badge but ID they have to carry their police ID, most crooks can get a fake badge off ebay but an ID is hard to come by. Then ask for a supervisor or a marked police vehicle to come over. Dont get out of the vehicle until a marked unit is there if asked.
