C6 17" x 10.5 Rims?
Who makes them, where can I find a decent deal on them?
Do they make them painted or polished (not in Chrome)

I've never heard of a c5, c5 z06, c6, or c6 z06 wheel ever being made in a 17x10 or bigger. I don't know why since people have been asking for something that'll fit a 315/35/17 in those style of wheels for a long time.
Unless someone makes one I haven't heard of your best best is to buy a pair of c6 17x9.5 wheels in a +54 offset and send them off to get widened to 10.5. Widening per wheel runs about $200 plus shipping. So you're paying about double what those wheels cost. You'd also have to run about a 1" spacer since you'd be at a +79 offset, give or take 1 mm. Those wheels are made by factory reproductions and pacific muscle cars carries them and so does tomzwheels. They are available in silver.
Weldcraft wheels does wheel widening but you may also want to check locally if anyone does it.
