ive never heard of them paying for you to switch, but i wouldnt say its never happened.
How long have you had the phone? All t-mobile phones come with a one year warranty...
and on second thought... since you have a sim card, all you need is a new phone. Check ebay, or this site and get a used one cheap.

i think its been about a year and a half i have had the phone. I was stupid and didnt get the insurance because i never drop my phone or any of that. But i have been looking on craigslist and i have found a few for around 100-150 so i emailed the people hoping to hear back before my phone dies. So all i have to do is put my sim car in the phone i buy and it will work fine? i wont have to call t mobile or anything like that? I checked on ebay but all they have on there are these crazy *** ads for 50 bucks you get some code and they send you a phone it doesnt sound right to me at all.

It's a prepaid phone. Just put your SIM card in it and you'll be good to go.

well i kind of have to, my phone is basically worthless right now. I have to use a flash light on the screen just to barely see whats on it. So im gonna go pick up the phone tonight. Then when my contract is up im probably gonna switch over to verizon.
