Default buying a car outside CA?

Ok I live in CA and curious if anyone knows anything about buying a car outside of CA and registering it here? I am just worried about smog really. Anyone know if it is possible? Also does anyone know of someone that will smog it no matter what for an extra charge you know what i mean

your gonna have to pay for registration and then you will have to pay ca taxes on it... which means whatever the taxes you pay for another state (if buying from a dealer) you will have to pay the california tax on it which means whatever the cali tax is you deduct what you already paid and pay the remainder... and of course you will have to get it smogged withing a couple of months... that's about all i did when i transferred my tags from texas over to california
