Get the motor from Autozone. I have an Autozone motor on the drivers side, works perfect.

Autozone= Lifetime Warranty

Dealer= No warranty

Ebay= Maybe warranty, but you have to deal with shipping.

I bypassed the thermal circuit on my pass window motor when it was dying 3 years ago and its been running flawless ever since.

Now my driver side motor is starting to lag so I'll have to mod that too.

You don't always need to replace the whole motor assy.

dont take the window out. you just need to start it and it will pice together. ive done a few and it just gets easier each time. more than likely your passenger window will be next in a little. i vote auto zone cuz lifetime warranty is the ****.

Here is my story. Dealer wanted 150 for motor plus 100 to install. I went to autozone and bought the motor for 40 bucks. I had them install it for 100. Anyway they scratched my tint bad. I told him about it he got all pissy with me and said you should have bought the motor from me. I told him I didn't want to get ripped off. So.. if you can do it yourself try but I just didn't want to break anything.

autozone told me lifetime warranty on the motor. If the motor fails though.. I would still have to pay for the labor again.

Autozone should have it in stock...I thing mine was like $65, if he had to order it and no other stores had it in stock then he was looking up the wrong part. Just buy the motor because its the same on both sides so when your other one goes(which it will soon) just take your old motor from the pass side and tell them its the one you bought there and they will replace it for free.Former AZ employee here...
