im pissed off

I just got a freakin referee ticket last nite . I was thinking is there a non smog counyt in california that i can register my car in ?

i thought that the refs were suspended...someone posted the actual cali gov. site where it stated that they were closed down temporarily and all you had to do was go to any regular smog shop to get it checked out.

Some countys don't require a smog every 2 years, only when you sell your car. Lake county and Tuolomne are a couple that are close to the bay area. Here is a list of the countys that do require a bienniel smog-
