Window replacement write up?
Window replacement write up? I have a new window i want to replace. someone tried breaking into my car a few months ago.I looked at my window yesterday and saw another chip on it.looks like someone was going for round 2 on it.Anyways i need to redo my tint and want to replace that window. is there a write up that might guide me? I replaced a window motor a few weeks ago. i can use what ever tips I can come around thanks!

Very similar to changing out the motor.
You remove the door panel
instead of drilling out the motor rivets, you drill out the rivets where the plastic pieces attach to the window. Replace the window and using 1/4-20 bolts and washers (and loc-tite) tighten the bolts up by hand and put the panel back on.
