Default 26 days of hell & ...

So after 26 days of my car sitting at the dealership it has finally been repaired. The Warranty Company had them put a used rear end (20,000 miles) in my car. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get them to o.k. the work, then took 1 1/2 weeks & 4 used rear ends to complete the car.

I am not happy but at least I have my car back.

I am still fighting the Warranty Company because they are refusing to pay for 21 days of the car rental even though the delay was caused by them.

that really sucks bro i had my dealership overhaul the rear end completely with new axles and gears...thats what they should of done instead of getting you a used pos.

thats horrible business techniques. Post the name of the warranty company and anyone who has them cancel their policies and tell them it is cause how they treated you.

First Extended Warranty Company

They also tried to deny the claim due to "the wear on the bearings look like I drive the car to hard". After fighting that, then they wanted to deny the claim because "my car is heavily modified". Keep in mind that I bought this car used.

My car currently have 64,000 miles on it. The only mods that have been done are Hotchkis Springs, Tubular LCA, and an adjustable rear panhard bar. Which all these parts have been installed in the last couple of months.

The car was first brought to the dealership for the rear end noise 2 months after I purchased the car, and they didn't even remove the cover and said it was fine (just needed a fluid change). I have owned the car for 1 year so far.
