Default rare 95 trans am

Dark green metallic, with tan leather. interior is in awesome shape (only 1100 cars in 95 were built with this interior...how many were green??? probly not many). new rear bumper, with CETA satin center section. car has absolutley no rust, and has 60,100 miles on it. non smoker. nothing but BP premium enters the gas tank, and car is always warmed up before driven. Car also has the "perform Transmission" button.

mods: 17" chrome ws6 wheels, Eagle F1 GS tires (275 wide all around) Alston subframe connectors (painted welds with POR15), LPP stainless longtubes, Magnaflow catback, hypertech 160 thermostat, MSD plug wires, NGK plugs, and a FLP Dyno tune. the fans are retuned, and the car is running awesome.

the car made 278 RWHP and 308 TQ with the stock intake and paper filter, and mods listed above.

p.m. me to make an offer if interested

Since this is a section for people inquiring what their cars might be worth, I'll have to say your $9K asking price is way out there.

Nice clean car, low miles, some nice mods etc., but there's really nothing too rare about it. At least not something which would warrant higher than usual asking price.

My estimate would be somewhere around $5K, maybe a bit more.

Good luck with the sale, though.

It's a nice color, but not the most desireable, good mileage, looks nice and clean, low spoiler doesn't help... I'd say 5-6k tops. But you can get an ls1 for that money.

sorry to say but the reason it's rare is it doesn't have the desirable options that most 95 T/A's had. those would be T-tops and the uplevel spoiler

Honestly, to advertise the car as "rare" is a bit of a strech. No matter what model year the car is, there are a lot of LT1 Trans Am's in the green/tan color combo. Don't get me wrong, your car is very nice. But as mentioned above, it is not a desirable color combo for most people.

I had a 93 Formula M6 that was black with tan cloth. I found out they made 8 Formula's that year with that color combination (A4 and M6 combined). When I sold it, I didn't advertise it as "rare" even though by those production numbers it was.

To be considered rare, it really needs to be something unique. Green/tan is was a VERY common color combo for the LT1 F-bodies.

Either way, you have a nice car
