**** no. dude. look on auto trader. fly out and drive back. it will save you thousands of dollars and even thousands of miles on your car. airfare is dirt cheap too. plus its an 05. dont get an 05. the steering wheel being the MAIN reason. you can get 07's for 32. also remember. look for private sellers on autotrader selling for up to 5k more than your willing to spend. talk them down. the economy sucks. who wants a corvette. you do. so you have the upper hand. there are plenty for sale to choose. good luck!

heres the very first much better deal than. and this isnt even the best deal.
and unless you just dont like the look of a vert or just dont want a vert go ahead and get one. they can be had for the same price. and btw im pretty sure the coupe has the same frame and structure or w/e u call it as the vert. only the z06 is more rigid. plus the interior on a vert is bad ***. with the waterfall splash thing or whatever you call it that comes down in the middle of the two seats. idk. but what you want but definately keep looking!

Check out the Houston market, private & dealers. There is a vette dealer down there that posts lots of cars on ebay. He had 3 05s on there last Christmas with 28-35k miles on them with mid 20s BINs IIRC.
