so what is it worth, 98 2 owner excellent conditon , all stock 103,000 mi.

Look again. Need more info. I've never seen an 11 year old 100k mile T/A in excellent condition. What does it need? It needs something. Tires, brakes, window motors, headlights work OK??? What kind of maintenance has been performed? So many questions. You may want to use KBB 'private party' as a guide in this instance. It will be close due to the mileage and age, probably around $6000 unless NM is priced differently for some reason. Certainly no premium would apply to this car unless you can give specific information.
