What's it worth? '90 Caprice
What's it worth? '90 Caprice Alright so I'm looking at a cheap beater for the winter and I'm looking at a '90 Caprice. It's got 100K on the clock and it's a V8. The body is in real nice condition but I haven't seen the interior yet. I'm going to call him sometime this week and talk to him but from what I hear it has all new brakes and suspension with the "police interceptor" package It's got some nice rims and tires on there but they're nothing outrageous. Just some 17's from what I can see from afar. I haven't looked at it up close yet.
So anyways I figure this; it's just about 20 years old with 100K on the car. He says he wants 4500 and I just about died. So my question to you is:
How much would you offer for the car? I'll try and get pictures up but who knows with me lol.

Well from what I hear and saw so far; it doesn't really need anything done to it. I was thinking about offering him a grand off the bat and go up from there. But definitely no more than 1700 bucks. I mean it's a 20 year old car with 100 thousand on the clock. I can go up the street and buy a much newer car with much less miles on it for the price of 3-4 grand.
