is this a decent deal

hey im looking at a 99 firebird v6 for a more of a long trip cruiser. i have a lt1 already so im not worried about it being v8. the firebird is in immaculate shape with 41k miles fully loaded. the dealer said theyd do 5500 out the door with a 1 yr warrenty. do you guys think its a decent deal or no? thanks!

NO!! once that car gets near 90,000 miles it won't be worth much of anything(under 2 grand) trust me I see alot of firebirds forsale around here that are v6's for ridiculously cheap prices
