Default 2000 Camaro SS

I have a 2000 Camaro SS with a 6 speed. It is red with black cloth interior. It has T-tops. I bought the car about 3 months ago and have done alot of work to it since then. I just took a new job in NM and cant take the car with me so I was wanting to know what i could get out of the car. The body is in great shape with 172,000 miles on it and i installed a new LS6 crate motor and a new stage 3 clutch at that time as well. This set up has about 400 miles on it. I also put new 18'' chrome C5 Z06 wheels with 295/35 rear tires and 265/35 front tires. It has all new pulleys and belts as well as a new battery, front struts, front strut mounts, 4 new o2 sensors. I put a 1.2'' drop all the way around the car.

I'd say ~9k give or take. That is ALOT of miles on the body even though the crate motor is new. BTW The LS6 come with a warranty? Probably be a good selling point if it does.

The new motor did come with a warranty. They said 3 year 36k if it was put into a vehicle that was designed for the motor or 12 month 12k if not. They said some dealers will honor the 3 year and some not. Either way it has 12k. My buddy was the second owner and bought the car in 03 and has been garage kept since then. I know i have more in it than i will get out of it. i just wanted to see what i should be able to get back.

A different perspective here. This is the key question. Do you still want the car after all the work you have put into it? If the answer is YES then spend an extra $1,000 and have it shipped to you in NM. Even if you can't use it right away, store it for awhile until you get settled. Getting 'chump change' for your car seems a shame after all your efforts and what you have done, but again, do you still want the car? If the answer is NO, then dump it for $5,000-$6,000 and start anew.
