Found a 02 SS with 60k miles on it. Body's in good to fair shape. It's basically stock. He's asking 12.5k for it. What would be a fair price?

12.5 doesnt sound too bad for the car. I would probable offer him around 11-11.5 and haggle a little bit with hopes of getting it between 11.5-12. But even it he wont budge if the cars in good condition that seems to be a fair price

Fbodies depretiation drop like a stone. It will drop another 1k at least next month. Somthing to consider.
