05 12k Loaded up gives me just under 35k retail with 30k trade in, which is generally what to expect for private party as well.

Provided it is a clear title and no issues. (I have seen cars destroyed with as little as 3,000 miles) then upper 20's right into the low 30's is a possible price range. Many factors involved like ownership?, quick sale needed?, at a dealership?, etc....
