Low 20's to start with anyway. Dealers would ask even more, right into the high 20's possibly. There just are not that many '99 LS1 models available with less than 10k miles anymore. Long gone! There is a serious premium involved with your car. No way should you take less than $20,000 unless desperate to sell. Throw out the price guide books on an example such as yours.
